1- Somebody who has a strong desire to build a great life.

2- Someone with a great work ethic and totally positive attitude (no negative-nellies, please!).

3- Someone who can cast a wider vision and stay consistent.

4- Someone with leadership qualities who is always ready and willing to learn. Be coachable!

I’ve worked with many people over the years and have seen my fair share of home business companies. In fact, I even worked in a different company myself, at one time. What I discovered, was that it wasn’t a particularly good fit for me. I am eternally grateful that it found me because otherwise, I would never be where I am today, but I realized that there was something better out there for me. Here’s what I believe is important:

• Great Leadership within a team that builds using Online and Offline Marketing Strategies
• A Product or Service that Can Be  Easily Promoted Online (listen, I love making customers happy but I don’t wanna have to carry inventory, do online parties or send out a bunch of samples…know what I mean?!!?)
• It’s critical to Leverage Systems that Duplicate and simplify processes
• A Stable Company  that has some time on their side (I’d run from a start-up)

It’s also very important that the product or service you represent is something that you would use even if there were not comp plan attached. You really need to love it! It’s best if it’s something just about everyone would love too!
