Many, many network marketers struggle to even attract one solitary person to lock arms\u00a0with them, so you\u2019re\u00a0doing alright!\u00a0Anyway\u2026I digress….So….<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

….you\u2019ve got this downline but nobody seems to be doing anything. You\u2019re working your butt off and dang it\u2026you deserve to rank up, right? Of course, you do! You\u2019d be surprised how often people miss\u00a0the boat on this one. If you want your team to make results happen,\u00a0YOU\u00a0need to be\u00a0making stuff happen too! Your team will do what you DO, not what you SAY to do. Make sense?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nInstead of giving tons of advice and blabbering on\u00a0incessantly about strategy, just take action and let them SEE it! Nothing will inspire your network marketing downline more, than seeing their leader totally crush it! Consider running contests to bring some fun into your\u00a0network\u00a0marketing downline and give your reps an opportunity to be recognized. Give out a bunch of really cool prizes. Make the contests very inclusive by keeping the contests winnable by reps at all levels\u2026not just your big-time leaders. The goal is to inspire them not to\u00a0demoralize them so don\u2019t make\u00a0then contests too tough or many on your team will think\u00a0\u2018why bother?\u2019. THAT\u2019S not good.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nIt\u2019s critically important to remember, that you need to\u00a0meet your people\u00a0where they\u2019re at, also. I learned this from\u00a0Ray Higdon and it\u00a0totally changed the way I approach my team. As shocking as it may seem to us go-getters, not everyone in your network marketing downline, wants to hit the top of the compensation plan.<\/span><\/p>\nWHAT??? I know\u2026but it\u2019s true. Many people are super happy just making a few hundred bucks a month or getting\u00a0some free products\u2026.and that\u2019s totally fine! Celebrate those people too! If you want to attract leaders into your network marketing downline, you\u2019re going to have to create a success story of your own, to\u00a0attract them…or at the very least, leverage someone on your team, who has!\u00a0 Leaders are naturally attracted to other leaders. They want to be around other people who are\u00a0achieving success and who know where\u00a0the are going. Be that person.<\/span><\/p>\nOf course, you\u2019ll have to gain the confidence and posture to\u00a0actually reach out and talk to these leaders. But I\u2019ll tell ya\u2019, having a great success story will help you in that department\u2026in a\u00a0big way.\u00a0You will find that leaders are far more open to what you have to say, if they perceive you as a leader also. Generally, the path to success is faster if you bring in a few leaders who can run…while you\u00a0also\u00a0take the time to build some up, from within your team\u2026at the same time.<\/span><\/p>\nIf you implement these tips, you\u2019ll\u00a0likely see a massive shift in the activities of your network marketing downline.
